Poolside-12Poolside known for their blend of disco and electronic music, brought their California vibes to Brooklyn Steel on February 17th, 2024.  A cold February night, Poolside performed on a stage surrounded by palm trees captivating the audience with their signature sound and electrifying stage presence. With the release of their latest album, “Blame it all on love,” Poolside has solidified their position as pioneers of the modern disco revival, and their performance at Brooklyn Steel was nothing short of mesmerizing.

Formed in Los Angeles in 2010 by producers Filip Nikolic and Jeffrey Paradise, Poolside quickly gained recognition for their laid-back yet irresistibly funky tunes. Drawing inspiration from the sun-drenched vibes of California and the nostalgic sounds of disco, the duo carved out a niche for themselves in the electronic music scene, earning a devoted following along the way.

Filled with shimmering synths, pulsating beats, and catching melodies, the album is a testament to Poolside’s ability to create music that is both timeless and effortlessly cool.
